CAPE TOWN HIGHLIGHTS
DAY 1 CAPE TOWN
Arrival at Cape Town International where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Time permitting, we will visit Cape Town city center for a walk-through Company Gardens and the Bo-Kaap.
We always suggest that Table Mountain is a must on your tour, however because the weather can change suddenly in Cape Town, we do not include it in our programs but leave you enough time with your guide should you wish to get up the mountain. Weather permitting, this afternoon may be a good idea to take the Cable car up to the top. We leave the decision with you and your guide.
Accommodation: The Commodore Hotel, V & A Waterfront or similar on a bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 2 CAPE WINE LANDS
Today your guide will take you the South Africa’s well-known wine-land region. We visit Stellenbosch and the Village Museum, a historic stroll through Stellenbosch, then through to Franschoek. Being an chosen expert in this field, your guide will take you to his preferred two cellars for wine tasting and a cellar tour, if you wish to do more cellars or different cellars, this can be organized.
Lunch today is in one of the many well-known restaurants in the winelands area.
We return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
Accommodation: The Commodore Hotel, V and A Waterfront or similar on a bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 3 CAPE PENINSULA
Depart again after a scrumptious breakfast at your hotel, for the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point and Boulders Beach. These three areas form part of the Table Mountain National Park, and are the most scenic and interesting areas to visit along with Table Mountain.
Boulders Beach has one of the largest African Penguin colonies, and one can get really up close to them here!
